My name is Marianne and I am a Stress Management Coach and Counsellor. My personal philosophy is that we can all improve by taking control of our own lives. It is my aim to help people to take responsibility for their current status and to empower them to change what they wish to in their lives. With an aim to improving both personal and professional development. I teach you to use techniques that enable you to maximise the positive and reduce the negative aspects of stress. Every single person is unique and my approach is to tailor make a programme to each individual depending on their needs and life style and commitments.

Our first meeting will be to make an assesment of your needs. This initial consultation requires an hour of our time together.

Before our next meeting I will  formulate your tailor made programme. We will then work together over a few weeks, depending on yourself as to how many hourly sessions you feel necessary.
